Mr. Mooney forgets to sign some important papers prior to leaving the bank for Naval Reserve Training, so Lucy must travel to the submarine he is about to embark on. Dressing up as a sailor, Lucy boards the craft to look for Mooney, but before she can exit, the submarine sets sail.
